Utilising the latest specialist software we have the ability to produce fully detailed measures in accordance with SMM7 directly from CAD drawings. Documents can be exported in whatever format is called for on any specific project. Where clients require we will adapt our measurement techniques to suit specific client needs.The project costs are managed at every stage from inception and
production of the initial budget right through to the completion and agreement of the
final account with the contractor. The client is kept fully informed throughout the
construction process. The designers drawings are audited as they are produced to
highlight any potential cost under or over spends on changes to the contract. Cost
Reports are produced at regular intervals, which indicate the projected final cost and
serve to advise the client in advance of any issues that may be anticipated. We believe
in providing the client with the cost forecasting information they need to make informed
decisions on the project.
